hello lovely people! today is the day i turned 19 and to celebrate, i want to provide you with some stories that have made me a little happier in these tough times. i know it's not ideal, i know it's hard on us but we will get through this. things in my personal life have been busy and difficult to accept, but these works at least gave me some peace of mind and a happy heart. don't forget to give the authors your love. <3 happy 29th of oct everyone!!

[i just love how taehyung and jeongguk understand each other, how taehyung believes in jeongguk and how jeongguk lets him. i just love love love them *squeals*. ah and this is a witch fic with very human witches!!]

ღ One Scotch, One Bourbon, One Beer by zerorequiem {E, taekook, 83,3k}

[they almost made me cry in this, the way this story is told is so powerful and beautiful. to be honest, i did not expect this fic to be my cup of tea but it was and i'm so happy about it!!! not necessarily a "happy" fic, but i really appreciated the vibes, it felt nostalgic, sad and hopeful at the same time.]

ღ this is my heart (dive deep) by serenitaes {M, taekook, 80,6k}

[no this seriously made my heart smile i love this so much!!! tae is a single father and a lawyer, and jeongguk is a chef. this story is just *chef's kiss* (ha see what i did there). just read this when you want to get away from your thoughts for a while, it won't disappoint you.]

ღ let's talk about fate, baby by taecheeks {M, taekook, 61,2k}

[this had me feeling so freaking soft, it's a parallel universe au and it's even better if you've read other works of taecheecks because you'll recognize the aus. definitely had a blast reading this]

[i love the progress guk makes throughout this fic, he comes to accept himself the way he is and that is beautiful. also, i like the way the story flows, how it starts and how it ends and what happens in between. just wanna give them both a big hug]

[they are definitely the sweetest, this fic made my heart go boomboom. also by one of my favourite authors, definitely recommend this!!!]

Dannymay 2020- Day 15 Fave AU

Okay I don’t really have a fave au but I was trying to write a song for @ceciliaspen’s bedsheet au so I made this as what was meant to be the image I put with it but I didn’t finish the song in time so I only have this :/ I might finish the song at some point but for now I got this

DannyMay 2020. Day Fifteen

“Fave AU”

Danny looked at the swiftly-filled boats next to the giant man calling for “Firs’ years! Firs’ years!” with a booming voice. The sight of the stars so bright in such an unpolluted place had distracted him long enough for there to be almost no empty boat, and trying to look for a friendly face among the less crowded ones had the slots taken from him, so he just jumped in the one where only a blond and a red-headed girl were sitting, and then they were moving.

He debated on whether or not start small-talk, but then noticed the blond girl staring at him with wide blue eyes.

“Ah- hi.” He said, giving a small, friendly wave, and smiling. “I’m Danny, what’s your name?”

The girl smiled wide at him. “Hi, my name is Luna Lovegood.”

Danny then turned to the read-head, who was absently biting her thumb while looking out in the distance. After an awkward moment of silence –awkward for Danny, at least–, she perked up and started a little at his staring.

“I’m Ginny Weasley.” She looked at him, then back down, and realized she had been munching on her thumb, which she quickly dropped.

But before another awkward silence could fall, Danny asked, “So, which House d’ya think you’ll be in?”

“My mummy and daddy were both in Ravenclaw, and I would like to go there.” Luna said, still smiling. After a second, she tilted her head to the side, and added “But I think I wouldn’t mind being in Gryffindor. Daddy says they are a peculiar bunch.”

“I will be in Gryffindor.” Ginny said. “All my family has been there, I will be in Gryffindor.” She sounded so certain, Danny believed her.

“I don’t really know what House I’ll be in, to be honest,” he started, taking a hand to his nape, “my mom went to Illvermory and my dad’s a muggle, but my sister is in Ravenclaw-” he broke off, suddenly frowning, “but she was so bossy this summer! I don’t want her to be watching me all the time! So, I don’t know what House I’ll be in, but I don’t want to be in Ravenclaw.” He declared, with air of finality. Then, he thought of what Luna had just said, and smiled sheepishly at her, his shoulders hunched. “No offense.”

Both girls only giggled at him.

Danny’s still friends with Sam and Tucker, he just had to come to Hogwarts

I love Luna, but she’s hard to write. Like children.

What is your favorite au trope?

Hello :33 ♥thank you so much for asking!well, I don’t really have THE favorite AU trope, tbh. I really can’t tell, sorry :((I am not much a fan of the popular AU‘s like for example western, coffeeshop, modern, highschool and so on, but I almost always enjoy the new AU‘s the people from the fandom are always keep creating ♥ sometimes I like fluff AU‘s, sometimes I hate it…mhhhhOhhh wait, I like the Virginity AU (how is it called actually? Virgin!fic?)very much!! :OOOk probably I‘d choose that one then :33 does it count?I hope I answered your question with my…nonsense :‘DD
