Day 5 of my 30 Day Favourite Actor Challenge. Today it's my Favourite Character. No contest here really. As much as I adore, Jefferson, TJ, Ben etc... It has to be Bucky. He will always have pride of place in my heart - he's an incredible guy, smart, selfless, caring, strong... the acceptance and love for Steve before the serum, before the war, is utterly moving - even now it's hard to find someone who accepts a person, chronic illnesses included - and back then, with the stigma of TB, no antibiotics, and many of Steve's illnesses assumed to be psychosomatic or down to weakness of the mind, for Bucky to say "screw that" and be Steve's friend, knowing he'd get tarnished in the minds of many. 📖☕️ I know it's #socksunday but I'm so comfy under the blankets that I don't wanna move to take a sock themed photo today. It's the perfect start to a Sunday! I woke up early and brewed a pot of coffee and curled up with one of my very favourite series. It's taken me a long time to get up the courage to finish the last book in the trilogy. I didn't want the series to end. Finally doing it though! Trust Me by Romily Bernard is the last book in the Find Me trilogy. I had forgotten how much I adore this series.
