This is kind of a hard one to answer. I don't hold particularly strong feelings for the vast majority of the characters on the roster. But I'll give it a try.

They're not in order. They shift around on the list the more I learn about them, for better or worse. Here's the current configuration:

You know I wanted to make a Saint's Relic for Dedue in Wrapped In Black, but I never got the time to figure out a name. Befriending Seiros and seeing the war for what it is, a cruelty that doesn't need to happen, Seiros admired Dedue for his strong caring heart, his desire to help his people in his own way, and wanted to honor him not just as a warrior... but as a friend who understands her and the suffering her people have been through. She considers him an honorary Knight of Seiros and would gladly take him into the ranks, but understands his loyalty to Dimitri and determination to get to the source of the Duscur Massacre means his obligations will likely put him on his own path. This was one of the story scenes I had to cut out of Wrapped In Black, but Dedue was one of the people who showed up with a Saint's Relic in the final battle.

The sword itself is a graceful, very long and slender Katana. When Dedue started speaking, Seiros was so astounded by his thoughtful, observant nature and wanted to encourage him to use his words because when he feels like he can speak, he just has so many thoughts that if he were to just put to paper, would be incredible for all to see. So she thought to make a sword that made graceful strokes like a pen. One that is not reliant on pure wrath and might, although it is strong and grand, but its true value is when it's in the hands of a very thoughtful, masterful wielder who can make the most out of each stroke.

But Seiros is bad with weapon names... It took a lot of time to even come up with a name for her own sword and shield. Blade of Dedue fits the naming scheme of the Saints Relics, but she wants it to give it a worthy title still.

As an aside, Bernie made her own Relic at the same time, the Indie Proof. Under the mentorship of Indech and with Constance as the enchanter. I just love getting to call it that, because its ability would probably called the Barrier of Isolation. I hope there'll be more opportunities for new Saint's Relics to come in, because they are recognized as expressions of the bonds and talents of humans and manaketes coming together to make something unique, rather than the inherently corrupt nature of the Heroes Relics.
