The Fëanturi (Masters of Spirits)
Art commission of Melkor and Námo done for me by the wonderful @yenyenyen19
Irmo Lórien, one of the Valar and the Feanturi; the master of dreams and visions.

Siblings!!!!!!!!!!! Fight!!!!!
Doom of Mandos Judgement of the Valar pronounced on the Noldor that carried out the Kinslaying, promising tears unnumbered and fencing Valinor against them, so that not even the echo of their lamentation shall pass over the mountains.
Feanturi line art is done...
Once again thinking of Vairë (the Valie). History, the bride of Death.
Picture the grieving dead in Mandos (for no Elf dies content) telling her their stories as she weaves them. As they remember the times of gladness and as sorrow grows lighter with every pass of her shuttle.
And the Noldor. Fëanor, his sons, their hosts, those of Fingolfin's host who took part in the first kinslaying.
Do their crimes also get lighter as she weaves them into eternal tapestry? Does the blood leave their hands for the scarlet thread?
I imagine her sitting at a confessional in the still silence of Mandos. The rhythmic fsssh-clunk of her loom masking the sounds of grief and shame as soldier after soldier kneels by her and unburdens himself of his deeds. As she unspools their guilt and immortalises it.
