I like seeing genderswap Destiel where Dean is a butch lesbian who still sleeps around with women, and Cas is fem and wearing typical women’s office attire, but I want to see mostly conventionally feminine bisexual woman Deanna Winchester who sleeps around with men, and considers herself straight. I want her to see fem cas and question her sexuality for a moment before repressing it soooo hard. I want fem sam with the exact same clothing style and haircut as regular sam, and fem dean makes fun of her for “dressing like a lesbian.” Neither of them wear makeup unless they’re pretending to be FBI agents or Dean is trying to get laid at a bar. Fem Cas never EVER wears makeup because she doesn’t understand the importance and hates the sensation of it on her face, even though getting stabbed is barely a concern to her. Dean takes her shopping and she finds certain women’s clothes very confusing. “This material is very flimsy.”

in MY gender-bent Supernatural where (pretty much) ONLY Sam, Dean, and Cas were gender-bent: Deanna would be very Fem presenting (in the same vein as Jo); still the same badass give-em-hell personality and dressing in a similar way as Dean except more of a fitted silhouette with more cropped style lower neckline tops as the base layer and low waisted fitted bootcut jeans on the bottom but with the same colour schemes and flannels and leather jacket (crucially John’s leather jacket from the early seasons) and utility boots as Dean (oh and season 1 Deans jewellery) but she’d have long hair and wear a bit of makeup (not too much as to avoid being labelled “high maintenance”, but enough that you could tell it’s there, I’m thinking shoplifted concealer/mascara/tinted lipgloss is the daily uniform and adding a red lip, black kohl eyeliner and one of those cheap eyeshadow quads that label where to place each shade on the eye when going to the bar to hustle or to troll for a hookup). Samantha on the other hand; would be the one with the short hair/pixie cut, no makeup and wear loose fitting more alternative “boy” clothing (think pretty much exactly like Sam’s outfits in season 1).

If John Winchester had daughters instead of sons he’d be pushing a veneer of Stereotypical Femininity on them to an extent (I don’t think he’d allow skirts and dresses and ‘girly’ colours such as pink, unless it was part of a ruse of course) as method of blending into society so people don’t look too close at who they are and what they’re up to (he’d probably also have some old fashioned ideals about girls appearances that play into this which bite Deanna in the ass but I’m not getting into that right now). He’d be the Drill Sargent he was in canon, training them up to be hard-living, stone-cold hunters in private (which again he would have very conflicting Thoughts on combat training girls considering who he was/his generation etc. but I digress), but that cover of his daughters, Deanna and Samantha, just being Typical Teenage Girls in a working class blue collar way that would perfectly blend into the often rural, blue collar working class , salt-of-the-earth places they frequent is not only very good cover because they Blend™️, but also useful in other ways such as monsters/other hunters/civilians (Schools, people they hustle, motel managers, police/child services, and many more) underestimating them (in both the ‘harmless little girl’ and the ‘Scoff you’re just a girl’ ways), and for John’s use as bait while hunting (in a ‘defenceless little thing all alone’ way when young which grows into pretty much honey-potting when older)(this one only applies to Deanna as it did only for Dean in canon).

Deanna, like Dean, would bend to her fathers expectations and mold herself around what she thinks would earn approval and validation not just from John but also from the people around her (hookups, people in school, etc) and it’d bite her in the ass with John as I previously said due to the fact that it’s what John expects but not what he respects (I have a lot more thoughts on this- this is just pretty much what it boils down to on a very basic level). As for Samantha I think she would buck that as much as she could, so just like how Sam first started to grow his hair long in part to spite John/expectations/rigidity of gender-roles (what makes a man; in their specific geographical location/social and economic class, in his fathers eyes etc), Samantha would cut hers short and dress more tomboy-ish for the same reasons, and just like in canon it’s not what John expects of her but he does begrudgingly respect it. I also hc her as only going by Sammy and she gets bitchy when people call her Sam or her full name just as a fun inverse of the show.

And as for Cas… she’d pretty much be Misha in a wig, a slightly more tailored version of Trenchcoat 1.0, a pencil skirt, pantyhose and sensible kitten heels.
