The field backpack I’ve used my entire CRM career is finally dying, and I’m having trouble finding something similar to replace it.

Anyone have any recommendations for good day packs? Preferably something sturdy enough it can handle having a screen attached to it while hiking and made from material that wont get easily sliced open by trowels or other sharp gear in it.

i have a chemistry lab practical tomorrow at 1 and honestly chem isn’t my best class this semester

A boat sank in the Portage Waterway right on a dock just a few miles from my university. Its leaking diesel fuel and oil into the waterway, but as oil bio researchers we got real giddy about such an opportunity. While mimicking oil spills in the lab works, getting real environmental samples is far better. So we had to get samples before it got cleaned up.
