Modern AU Skittery / Bumlets
Bumlets is a dancer for a tv show like dwts and Skits is one of the overworked crew
Skits is grumpy! Bc the show hasn’t hired enough staff so ppl are always upset at him for things that aren’t its fault, but this is a job that brings it close to dance.
Bumlets is getting to do what they love! Dancing as a profession is the dream! It would just be great if they didn’t have to deal with demanding celebrities and got proper rest
Something happens, maybe someone yells at Skittery and Bumlets comes to its defense, a celebrity walks out of the shoot
The two get in trouble with work, but they come together and start making the place they work more tolerable for each other
Skittery getting extra water bottles for bumlets / bumlets grabbing an extra coffee for Skittery
A scene in the practice room where bumlets teaches their routine for the week to Skittery (under the excuse of practice)
The choreo ends with them staring at each other face to face:
- angst/slow burn: don’t kiss and then run and have to deal with feelings
-fluff/one shot: kiss, end scene
Unpopular opinion
I think there’s room for a possible redemption arc to take place for the Delancey brothers after the events of Newsies (Broadway)
Carrying the banner.
Newsies 1992? More like David Jacobs slowly losing his clothes
headcanon that david and sarah are twins
Jeremy Jordan's dance moves during the bows reblog if you agree
For the Jarah stans out there.
I salute you.
