To run we must be able to support our body weight with our legs - the force of our weight trains our muscles and bones to become stronger. (& actually IMPROVES knee health!) 👉 It can keep you healthy and help ward off diseases! Running help both your mental and physical wellbeing, which make you give you a POWERHOUSE immune system that can keep you going strong during the worst flu seasons (or *ahem* a certain pandemic).
