Running keeps you healthier physically, emotionally and mentally! 👉It can make you feel happy! Running releases happy chemicals like serotonin in your brain, elevating your mood. 👉 It can make your body stronger! To run we must be able to support our body weight with our legs - the force of our weight trains our muscles and bones to become stronger. (& actually IMPROVES knee health!) 👉 It can keep you healthy and help ward off diseases! Running help both your mental and physical wellbeing, which make you give you a POWERHOUSE immune system that can keep you going strong during the worst flu seasons (or *ahem* a certain pandemic).
