Possibly unpopular opinion, but I think that whale shark Cetea (sea monsters) have cute stubby legs— due to their plankton-feeding habits / lack of pursuing quick prey in water or in the shallows. Due to this, they also have reduced talons!

I’ve drawn Bruce, Anchor, and Chum before— so here’s Destiny as a Cetus!
