That's the thing with these self aware NPCs. If you tell them why you're doing things (in terms of Carl's goals being noble, at least) they all tend to willing go with it. Fire Brandy, Growler Gary, Juice Box, Bonnie. The NPCs have similar goals and values when "awoken". The problem here is i have a feeling Carl is going to get attached to them, too. Just like almost everyone else.
