If you were to suddenly barge in into any of the First's personal rooms when they're not working, what are you more likely to see or catch them doing?
Sephiroth is likely reading, soaking in the bathtub, or maybe both. He prefers quiet activities to help lower his stress levels.
Angeal is probably watering and/or talking to his tiny array of plant-babies he has scattered about his apartment. He's totally making cooing noises at them.
Genesis is definitely lounging about moping and sulking in the most overdramatic positions possible, incredibly bored and looking for some action. Sitting around doing nothing is like a Greek tragedy in his eyes.
Zack is playing video games with Kunsel or Cloud, eagerly running his mouth and celebrating a bit too loudly when he wins. There's assorted snacks and spilled drinks all over the floor for when he gets the gaming-munchies!
