I have this smart watch that tells me whether I'm stressed or not.
My gf has the same thing and she only relaxes after work. Her stress goes into the reds daily.
Meanwhile, me, doing full time uni, and parttime work, writes fanfic and stuff ... The worst thing I get is mild. And that's provided i'm awake. Like...
I wonder if that's because i care too little or retreat whenever smth seems scary or overwhelming to face it more strategically later.
(I did unlearn a lot of stressful reactions, so that might be it, but still.)
Every round counts. 👊🏾
Feeling pretty strong and confident today! It’s been a stagnant and dreary week, with the wildfires in my county and smoky air in our area. I couldn’t leave the house, until today! The air cleared up and it was much cooler, so I hustled until I hit 10,000 steps. As of this morning, I’m at 192 pounds. So close to my goal of 190 by the end of the month!
Oh, and did I mention I have a fit bit now? The charge 4, courtesy of my wonderful and generous partner ❤️ I love it! It tracks so many things and helps me stay active. I know I can keep it up! Well, as long as weather permits and we don’t end up getting evacuated that is...
All my life I have been extremely tiny...
What a day! Almost 24k steps! Cant even remember the last day that I hit 20k let alone 24k.
I walked to and from a store that was 3.3 miles away. That plus my walk home from work comes to 160 minutes (2 hours 40min) total of walking with an estimated 1058 calories burned 😲😲😲😲😲😲😲
Weekly Weigh-In
First week done 😁
Plan for next week:
Keep up with my steps during the week.
Weigh myself every morning.
Exercise 5/7 days per week.
Don't eat junk, unless it's cheat day.
Try to resist the snacks at work.
Start running again!
I ended up going on a forty minute walk and it totally refreshed my mind. Apparently the walking path from the park goes into a neighborhood. There were some beautiful houses and it was nice to see all the Halloween decorations. Makes me excited to see the Christmas lights here now. They also had one of those “neighborhood library” boxes. I’m thinking maybe I’ll come leave one of mine and see what’s available next time.
