Time for an update

I quit my crossfit gym. As much fun as I was having, it wasn't helping me reach my goals. I put on 10lbs of muscle and bulked my thighs and chest in a not so attractive way. So im cutting back on the weights and just focusing on sustained cardio (walking) and active stretching (yoga).

Lately I've been doing really well on my diet. I've eliminated processed sugars and fats, and have incorporated more whole foods. So lots of veggies, fruits, protein and oats. I'm feeling better and don't have crazy cravings. The only thing I truly crave is chocolate. And sometimes popcorn lol.

I feel like I'm starting over all over again but it's okay. I know I'm going to get where I want to be so long as I stay dedicated. Healthy body here I come!

I’m so excited that my journey keeps going !! I feel great no more knee aches and pains. I haven’t been working out 🏋🏼 7 days like when I first started and I haven’t eaten perfect everyday. And I am still seeing results.
