Really need to get back to the gym but my schedule has just been completely fucked recently, I strained my shoulder, feeling unmotivated cause of vehicle situation that is taking precedent, and just not feeling much motivated in general 😞 it’s never really happened before. But once I get back into a routine, I know im gonna kill it. Just need that initial spark.

Right when I get into a good gym routine, BAM! I get a cold! Smh. Luckily for me I’m pretty sure it’s allergy based so I’ll be back tomorrow!

I tried at different points to have a fitness blog but it never worked out. Instead I’ll try to post fitness stuff here and see where it goes.

My schedule isn’t as open as it once was so I have to try and get full body workouts in for the limited days I can go.

Day 1:

* Squats 5/5

* DB Bench 4/10

* DB Row 4/10

* Seated DB Press 4/10

* Lunge 4/10

* DB Curl 3/10

* Tri Extensions 3/10

* Weighted calf raises 3/10

* Plank 5/35 seconds

Plus cardio and ab (core work)
