Absent minded
I have been super absent on my blog lately!! For that I apologize, to the people who actually follow my blog. I have been trying to get myself back on track in regards to being fit + healthy, and mentally. School has been sending me through a loop, and I have had some family issues that have stunted me from focusing on myself. I am working on getting myself back into the swing that I was in before school started, I have my strength back weight lifting wise, but I need to get my eating and mentality back into the game. I will try to post on here more frequently as motivation for not only myself, but y'all as well. I hope everyone has a great Monday, and know it is possible to pick yourself back up from whatever you consider your rock bottom to be. I will be posting more about how my workouts have been, and the things I have done...stay tuned!

Slowly but surely
Today I woke up in an okay mood not great, but not bad either. I had some good coffee which I am now drinking without sugar or creamer to limit my fat and sugar intake, a hard boiled egg, and a jimmy dean spinich breakfast sandwich but I took some of the bread off of it to limit carb intake! Anyways, I've had things in my life pulling me down lately, but my friend and I went on a five mile walk around the whole college campus earlier!! After the walk I have to say I felt absolutely amazing, it flipped my mood and just gave me a sense of relief. It's crazy what being active can do to not only your body but your mind! I recommend walking/running outside whenever you need to clear your head. I find that it's way better than doing cardio indoors, and it's way more entertaining because there's always something new to look at rather than staying in the same spot. I hope everyone had a wonderful day & takes some time to clear their head and reach their goal!!! Love you all!!
