Confession: I love to run! 🏃🏿♀️🏃🏽♀️🏃♀️ I’ve run 4 half marathons and the endorphins you get after a great run are NEXT LEVEL. BUT, up until recently, I hadn’t really run much in the past 8 years 🙈 Just like my gym journey, I tried to do things on my own without proper education, pushed myself too hard, and paid DEARLY for it with injuries. It makes such a big difference to have an expert coaching you through each step of the way, from warm to cool down and everything in between. I never thought I would enjoy having a running coach but my new workout program is proving me very wrong… and I LOVE IT! I can confidently say running is not easy. There have been, and will continue to be days where I don’t want to go! But tuning out while listening to my headphones is sometimes just what I need. It’s my “me time” and I really cherish it 🥰 Since I’ve been running more, I’ve been learning about the benefits of running. Surprisingly, there’s a ton!
