The road to healthy

I'm 27 years old, I have a daughter that is two. About a year before she was born I was 340+lbs and I started to get healthy and when I was at 272 I got pregnant. I only gained 20lbs my entire pregnancy and when my daughter was born I was the skinniest I'd ever been. But I kind of stopped working out and eating healthy about 2 weeks ago i stepped on a scale and was 320. So i decided that I needed to get healthy, and my husband I have been eating healthy the past twoish weeks and I'm now down to 309 by eating healthy. I'm quite disappointed that I let myself gain all that weight again but at least I am getting back on the horse instead of stuffing my face with unhealthy food because I'm sad and disappointed.

omw to my workout, jogging to my gym and having a dancing class there. plus wore my tight-as-hell jeans with my heels all day and feeling sexy as hell.

set backs are ok

i have not been drinking NEARLY enough water these past couple weeks. this changes now. ive also been eating horribly for the past 2 weeks. i had one really really bad day and a horrible week to follow in terms of news and school and stuff like that, and i let that affect the entirety of my life. i stopped making healthy choices and stopped logging my food. THIS CHANGES NOW. back on track. i cheated on my 30 day no weighing challenge and weighed myself this morning. i gained 2 pounds since the beginning of the challenge which is simultaneously not as bad as i was expecting and really frustrating. i wanted to lose 5 pounds at least during the challenge by making healthy choices, but it looks like i blew it. i have 10 days of the challenge to whip myself back into shape and start being me again and hopefully those 2 pounds will prove to be water weight because of the lack of water ive been drinking. who knows. lets do this.

Workout

I worked out today and i feel great 30min cardio + 15min abs Not much but still better than nothing and i will continue tomorrow I love the shower after a workout. It feels so good. Now i'm about to sleep and i am already looking forward to my breakfast :p
