Uncanny X-Men 378 was published with a March 2000 cover date. The issue launched the Ages of Apocalypse Event and introduced Earth 23378. The issue introduced that world's X-Men (Marvel Girl, Professor X, Iceman, Beast, Storm, Gambit, Colossus) and Brotherhood of Evil Mutants (Magneto, Polaris, Rogue, Marrow, Sunfire). It also featured Cyclopalypse (the combination of Cyclopse and Apocalypse). The issue also included the back up Spider-Man anti-drug story Fast Lane Part Three: On the Edge. ("First and Last Part 1", "Fast Lane Part 3: On the Edge", Uncanny X-Men 378, Marvel Comic Event)
