I need comic orientation

Ok, the thing is that I've been following Riddler's reading order BUT I have questions (heh). It said that I needed to read these volumes which are the Flash War arc (I started by reading #47 since it is part 1) but I got to part 3, the arc itself is getting kinda boring and they haven't even mentioned Riddler yet.

So, does anybody know what does he have to do with that?

Unless “The Redemption of Wally West” involves Linda Park ripping Barry, Iris, Bruce, Clark, Diana, and Lois apart for the shit they pulled in “Flash War” and “Heroes in Crisis” and she’s not seen as the bad guy, I don’t give a single flying fuck about Wally having to beg Oliver Queen and/or Dinah Lance forgiveness

Man, this comic took a whiiiile to make. I’m pretty sure I've been working on it on and off since...January? Right after I first read Flash War and this brief scene between Barry and Wally gave me all of the Flashfam feelings.

I have to say, I really, really like how this turned out so I think it was worth it!
