Forest Deities my Y/N's experimental Story (not yet done just planning for now)

My Y/N is a very curious, go happy person, they are very friendly, approachable, kind and also have this huge belief on fantasies, wonders, natural unknown places with magical mystical creatures, They dreamt to meet one or two or even better as many as they could, They're very fond on reading and learning about such fascinating and mysterious creatures, although the fact they're very eager to learn about them, They're always ended up being bullied, and treated like they're crazy or cuckoo for believing such creatures existence with no evidence or anything, Humans like Y/N still believes this creatures exists they knew they were real, Y/N almost have many breaking points on giving up, although they still remain and hang on to this dream, they maybe lonesome but they always have "Researcher" by they're side, a fellow classmate and only friend they had they always rely on and whenever they get bullied they come to the library and look for him, to seek comfort and some ranting to let out they're feelings and emotion about people treating them badly, by they're so called fake friends.

One specific day, it was rainy and Y/N got bullied badly by they're classmates, tearing up and destroying all they're books, notes, and drawings. They were forced to have a mental breakdown as they immediately left the school in the middle of a class they ran away, crying---...as they keep running further away from the school, when suddenly they didn't realized they ended up lost in a forest, they call out for help no one hears them----...

It was raining very hard and heavily, they're soaking wet and quickly looking for shelter when they were about to run they stumble on a dead big tree, on the tree hollow, the hole between the tree in it was a very old small looking miniature treasure chest like, it have it's strange looking symbol/mark on its cover. Y/N sniffles as they picked it up as they opened it in it is a "Shiny" Golden Key, the key have a Jade Gemstone on its center where the bow/grip handle of the key. And with the key along with it is a mysterious scroll.

Y/N opens up the scroll as they holds on the key. The scroll was blank but that's what they thought, They feel something is written on that scroll but they're having a hard time reading and uncovering what is in it.

They're curiosity begun to heat up as they start to think and eager to do wonder, What mystery this key and scroll holds, Y/N kept on shivering hard, they starts to sneeze and cough quickly getting colder.

Y/N shivers nonstop as they leant on the dead tree they are all soaking wet by the rain and totally lost in the forest, they struggled, eyes blinking, holding onto the key and scroll they found. All they ever think of the first thing came into they're mind is to look for "Researcher" but they are having trouble to move or push onward.

Suddenly, they pass out while they're back was leant on the tree and still holding on to the key and scroll.
