Worth
I already made this post and damned tumblr (@staff) ate it despite it being done and in queue.
The SUMMARY is this:
Humanity has the wrong idea on personal worth and self-worth. If an infant can be loved, cared for, and wanted because they were born, then this translated into adulthood too.
It is a human right to be loved, cared for, and wanted.
For the people in the back:
It is a human right to be loved, cared for, and wanted.
What you can do for others has nothing to do with your value, personal or self-worth, or to be deserving of love, being cared for, and being wanted. It doesn’t! It is a right!
Anything and everything that is true for children is almost always true for adults. We just forget or lose sight of this because there are expectations that are put upon adults that are not put upon children.
