I can't put into words exactly, but I am so god damn proud of everyone who is struggling with something that feels like it's killing you. Every day that you wake up, that's something to be proud of.
Even if you just lay in bed all day or sat on the couch. Whether you're just waking up every day or you're able to pull yourself out of bed and get dressed and do things that make you scared or uncomfortable or whatever it is that you struggle with. I am so proud of you. You are amazing, you're strong, you're brave, you're you, and I think that's one of the most important things.
You try as hard as you can, even if others think that you can do more, you are amazing. You are trying every day with whatever strength that you can muster, and that's so beautiful to me.
Gonna be cheesy, but you can either run from things that hurt until they keep beating you back down, or you can learn from your pain. Ask yourself, "When does it become too much?" And draw your boundary.
You'll be shaky at first. But set boundaries with people and yourself. Keep going until you've learned a new skill, then pick up a book and read it, then learn a new instrument until you've mastered them, learn to sing, to dance, to draw, to paint, write a book get denied for publishing it, burn the book and try again, make it until you see your favorite band live or meet your favorite celebrities. Count the stars in the sky, count the sand on the beach, build a house, get angry, get frustrated, be sad, but be happy too. Don't give up until you're 1000 years old. Don't stop trying.
Make it to the next sunrise and do that until the sun explodes.
Lots of love and positive energy towards everyone struggling. You are amazing because you are YOU and YOU are strong. You're amazing. I am so proud of you, and I am rooting for you. I'm a complete stranger, but I am cheering you on.
