Can I just say I particularly hate it when you freak dance with a guy and just because you dance with him for more than one song (which is easy to do since DJs blend songs together and you're like "wtf this song is like 20 mins long") they think it's their automatic right to grab your ass, tits, and general crotch area. I danced with this guy once who I did not know at all (he was a friend of a friend). We were dancing and he kept sliding his hands up my inner thigh to my whooha and so I moved his hand away and decided to take a step away and dance next to him in our group instead of cemented on him like he so insisted. We were at the bar area later and he asked me "Were you like offended or something? I don't know what I did." You don't know what you did? YOU DONT. KNOW. WHAT. YOU. DIIIDDDD????!!?! Ok, I get it if you're used to women who don't mind that and so you just go for the goodies right away because apparently no one else has opposed to it, but to not own up to it and play dumb?! Or even more frightening, that you genuinely don't know what's wrong with that?!!!! I'm just so fucking done with this freak dancing, grinding culture. Every time I go dancing and try to dance with a guy, he ends up grabbing me like he just owns my body or something. Just because I sway my hips in close proximity to yours, does not mean you can do whatever you want with my body. I don't care how sexy you think I look (because, yes, I know I am damn sexy on the dance floor) does not mean I'm asking you to violate me. Jeez.

Let's put it in some logical terms. At my school, a single ticket to prom costs $140. Add in the cost of a dress at typically $300, then the corsage and hair and makeup... let's just say YOU'RE SPENDING A LOT OF FUCKING MONEY TO GO TO THIS GODDAMNED PROM.

So. You get dolled up in your nicest dress and prettiest style to be with a partner for the last big dance of your highschool lives

I literally am incapable of understanding after spending so much money on a single event and having the opportunity for a nice time with a date you probably care a lot about, why you would want to spend it not even getting to look at your date's face or talking to them.

I get to see my girl about twice a year. The last thing I would ever want her to do is not even look at me and wiggle her ass for four hours during a once-in-a-life-time event.
