This book made me look into myself more, understand who I am, what I can offer the world, and most importantly, put words into feelings and emotions that I wasn’t able articulate myself. It made fully realize that if I am not well, if I am not self-aware, I’m not just harming myself, but also the connections and relationships that I have and will be building in the future. The more compassion I have for myself, the more I have for others.
