A dispenser is a low-capacity storage block that can fire projectiles, use certain items or tools or place certain blocks, fluids or entities when given a redstone signal. Items that do not have unique dispenser functions are instead ejected into the world.

A froglight is a light-emitting block that is obtained when a frog eats a tiny magma cube. It comes in three variants based on the variant of frog that eats the magma cube.

Sometimes. It used to be something I thought about more, I mean I made a new sideblog for my agere content because I was worried about posting it on my main blog. I think a big part of getting over it wad finding the people I knew would appreciate what I write (like you!!).

Go Towards the Lights - Going Solo 3 (13)

The deep dark is, surprisingly dark. I want to add more lights to the ancient city but all I have is glowstone which is not great. In this episode, I want to get shroomlights and froglights.

Setting up the fungus and nether tree farm is a perfect example of "it's good enough." They're not Hyper Efficient and they don't need to be.

The froglight farm, on the other hand, is much nicer. The mechanics are pretty simple. I decide to play around with the collection system. I was a little worried about it keeping up with the ~7700 drops per hour but it does just fine.

frog lights?

Froglight-Pearlescent, Verdant, Ochre

Taste: Froglights have the distinct flavor of Jolly Rancher candies. Pearlescent has the flavor of grape, Verdant has lime, and Ochre is orange flavored.

Texture: These blocks are like hard candy, best way to eat them is just suck on them until they dissolve. Curiously, in the middle of the froglight, it becomes comfortably warm. This may be traits left over from the magma cube used to make the froglight.

The core of a magma cube is what makes it alive. When a frog eats a small magma cube, it's not actually eating the whole thing, since eating an entire magma cube would kill the frog. What it's doing is removing a large enough chunk of the outer layer that the rest of the cube falls apart, killing the cube and separating the core from the outer layer. Without the magma surrounding it, the core eventually cools down and crystallizes. The magic's not being used for anything now but it's definitely still there, which results in the crystal glowing, creating what is known as a froglight.
