okay I’m on chapter TWO of The Black Count and there’s already been a war, a Duel To The Death DURING CANNONFIRE , several Daring Escapes, AND PIRATES, PLUS all the political drama and social horror that is Haiti as the Sainte-Domingue sugar-producing French colony
And the kid who will be General Dumas one day is like...ten. At this point.
this book is History At Its Least Chill, HIGHLY recommended already , omg
How are you on this blog Cassidy rose?
It is more mine than any others.
Elsewhere is anywhere but where you are,
and anywhere but where you are is Elsewhere
Know all I could wish, and yet Known None
Foxes
Out of curiosity the fox I met the other day had two tails. Is this normal? I thought it impolite to ask the fox so I did not, but must admit I'm rather curious.
And how have you been getting on, Cassidy Rose?
Lovely as always–
I do not know how you got this name or title,
but I have been well as always. I draw every day;
I see what they cannot, and I draw it.
