God no! I need a moment…I’m devastated. I’m happy that Sensei show us how Natsu is feeling, despite how hearthbreaking is it (the part when he says that he wants to show him that he learned how to write fucking killed me). I’m tearing up god dammit! The fact that all dragons could say their goodbye was so heart warming because we all know how impoetant it was for them and the DSs. Thank you Mashima sensei. So yeah…that. Oh! And did you see what Grandine say? About the commitment between man and dragons? I have my hipótesis but I’m keeping them until I have more information. Fairy Tail made me sob again... Like I keep saying, stop making Natsu cry, goddammit!

You know, bringing out the dragons only to kill them off makes sense, as sad as it might be for their kids (and the fans who wanted to know more about them). The Dragon Slayers needed proper closure where their dragon parents were concerned, but the dragons couldn't stay around (since they probably would have, had they been able to), because that would have been way too easy a problem solver from now on (the dragons would have dealt with the troubles ahead way too easily). I guess Mashima went with the easiest route.

Also, the first time I read the chapter (went through it 3 times), I didn't see that single panel with Lucy about halfway through so I was beginning to think that maybe something happened, like idk, maybe she was kidnapped or something and noone noticed, since I'd have thought she'd be with Happy, trying to console Natsu or something, yet I didn't see her anywhere.
