Those who deny and/or support the damage the far-right has brought (and will bring) into our communities, consider my vote as big middle finger to you, weirdos! A PSA from my D&D Characters in light of the recent election.

I don't live in America, but like so many others we are feeling the ramifications of what happened and how much the right's hate has emboldened facsism and hate across the world.

I can't do much alone and I don't intend to, but hopefully myself and my art can help you find just a bit of hope. Enough, at least, to take care of yourselves and eachother, and enough to find the strength to keep fighting for a brighter future.

Please remember that in a system that wants you gone, caring for yourself and eachother is a form of rebellion they will never be able to take away from us.

We will survive this.

This has been sitting in my drafts since before Alex Pretti was murdered. I decided it was time to share it.

My cousin was murdered by a girl in the US on a student visa twenty-two years ago. Yes, she was a girl. They were both 18 at the time. Freshly graduated from high school.

She stabbed him in the throat with a butcher knife after driving her car into his house because his friends and her friends had fought over a basketball game.

The only time she showed remorse was when they read the verdict at her trial and it was strictly for her own fate. She's in prison now or was the last time I checked.

She didn't kill my cousin because she was a foreigner. She killed my cousin because she was angry and mean and selfish.

Some people would think I would be completely justified screaming about a 'foreign threat' but I won't because it doesn't exist.

People that are in the US from other countries are not criminals because they are not white. They are not criminals because they exist. They are not criminals because they wanted a better life for their families and thought they'd get it here. They have as much right to be here as I do. I don't care how they entered the country. And neither should you.

This administration is punishing people who have done everything right. Who have followed every rule, every law. They don't care. If you aren't white, you don't belong here according to them. They are arresting citizens, they are arresting Native Americans, they are arresting anyone they see as 'other' and if you think it will stop with 'immigrants' you're wrong.

I would much rather those so called agents hiding behind masks and terrorizing people, killing people with no consequence, be deported than a single one of the people they are harassing. Because ICE is angry and mean and selfish. They have no humanity, no empathy and that is the real crime.

Oh, and PS: Law enforcement in whatever form it takes aren't supposed to kill guilty people either.
