Using AI is like littering was in the 1960s. Everyone was doing it, it was everywhere, it didn't matter if you stopped or added to the problem because someone else was going to do it even if you didn't, and it's a problem that couldn't be stopped until large groups of people collectively came together to clean up and stopped littering- but ALSO, legislation that made you pay a fine if you did it.
So yeah. Fight back. Try not to support places that use it as best you can. You won't change the world if you use it or not- but you will be part of the problem. It'll become such an innocuous action to use AI that you don't even think about it. Just like throwing garbage out the window on the highway had been back then.
At least you can think back and remember that you didn't contribute. If that's all that will come from your efforts, you still did better than most.
