The understimulation is upon me. I don’t know what to do because nothing is holding my attention and nothing sounds good but the act of doing nothing is making my brain froth in my skull. I feel like I’m dying.

I writhed around on the floor a little and the carpet was scratchy against my arms in a good way, but I’m still mentally understimulated. I want the attention of another so bad, but also I think if any sensation is even a little too much, I’m going to rocket into overstimulated at breakneck speed and become an even more agitated beast.

Such is adhd I guess.
