Hey! I was just reading through your meta on Bran's dream and the three shadows, and you said something about not knowing how Cersei etc. could have faked sending Gregor's head to Dorne. If my timelines are correct, she received an oversized dwarf head not long before "Gregor's" head was sent. Personally I enjoy the whole thing a lot more with a headless Gregor, but it could be that the reason he's not removing his mask is because he would be recognized, not because he is headless.
And here’s another that I already answered, again almost word-for-word, here. But to clarify the timeline: Cersei received the dwarf septon’s head literally minutes before talking with Qyburn about the skull he had just finished cleaning and was preparing to ship to Dorne.
Also, there’s a misconception about achondroplasia — the heads of people with that condition are large for their size, disproportionate, and sometimes with enlarged areas (such as the forehead). But when compared with average-sized humans, their skulls are not that much larger. However, people with gigantism have skulls that are indeed much larger than normal, and big all over.
