. 💫The clean is a "full body" exercise which combines a range of movements at high speed. It is used in the olympics, by atheletes and in crossfit . 💫Stage by Stage Full Clean . 💫I see this as one of the few exercises which displays use of alot of the aspects of fitness . 💫Strength, Power, Speed, Coordination, Flexibility, Balance and if you are lacking in any of the former you won't be able to lift in this exercise correctly and effectively . 💫This is a hard movement to learn and perfect, (which I still haven't done) but even harder to teach . 1) First Pull is essentially a high speed deadlift . 2) Second Pull is to continue accelerating past the knee keeping the bar close and going into a triple extension (Image 2 + 3) . 3) Third Pull is similar to a high row but also the start of the drop into the front squat.
