And like any self respecting handstand addict I of course took LOW LUNGE to the wall 🙋  . 🚩Please please don't forget what this challenge is about. It's about exploring the pose, seeing what it might unearth for you and your personal practice. You can chose one of the hosts poses or you can just take the base pose or you can create your very own.
