Here's a 10-Minute Inspired BLACKPINK Yogalates (Pilates and Yoga Combined Workout) great for any For Dancers Core Strengthening program! I am inspired to their lovely music and love how they can move well, especially Jennie and Rosé doing some pilates poses and Yoga routine that is great for advance only, and I adapted their workout to make a home friendly pilates and yoga workout! Yogalates is a form of Pilates and Yoga fusion, targeting your core , strength, flexibility and mobility. BLACKPINK Inspired workouts is one of a great tool to keep your body in tip top shape, great for dancers CORE STRENGTH. Pilates and Yoga combined improve flexibility, helps with toning/strengthening the muscles, and improves posture (might also help with weight loss). I didn't go over how to do each pose in-depth, so please look up the exercises before trying to execute them (to avoid any injuries). This video also has a minute of cool down gentle deep stretch focusing on the hips.
