Saigo: It seems to be Fralio's birthday today… he told me "wish me happy birthday!" when I met him on the way earlier.
Haruma: Fralio-san told me to give him something for his birthday, would my favorite burger be good enough?
Shion: For some reason, I can't read Fralio-san's heart… but I can tell he's happy.
Jigen: He told me to give him food for his birthday, is he planning to get some from everyone?
MADGUY
Kyosuke: That guy came to buy a buncha croquettes, is he gonna have a croquette party or what?
Narushi: I can tell he's no mere human, but he's a birdbrain, considering the way he seems to rejoice when given anything.
Matsunosuke: I got some time after work, so shall I give him a fish as a birthday present?
SLAM DAYS
Rui: Fralio told me to hand Gegadge over… but he probs already forgot anyway, so it's fine right?
Lance: The probability that their birthdays would line up is roughly 0.5%… I feel it's too good to be just a coincidence.
Q: I heard it's Fralio's birthday, so I brought him merch that Rui was decorating the base with! ♪
Shizuru: It's just like him to have a birthday party full of beer and fried food, isn't it?
WISDOM THINKS
Soun: Seems they were making a ruckus with their two-days long grand party… what a lively pair.
Hayate: The anime Fralio recommended me was fun~! I'll give him my thoughts on it after I wish him a happy birthday!
Koki: He fled when I saw him… I don't hate perceptive guys, but I don't feel like wishing him a happy birthday myself.
Jo: A birthday party full of junk food… it's not my thing, but it sure sounds like Fralio's.
TOWER EMBLEM
Taiten: … Fralio-kun. I'll give you a present, so could you stop making a ruckus around me?
Uryu: To think your birthdays are one after another… what a strange fate you share, Kushiro-san and Fralio-san.
GAMBITWIN
Kakeru: How long has it been since I didn't get to celebrate his birthday… Let's celebrate loud enough to make up for those years!
Fralio: I'm not interested in birthdays, but getting things from other people's the best!
Saigo: Kushiro Kakeru asked me to give him food that'd fill his stomach. I've got edible weeds I picked up earlier, if that counts.
Haruma: I wanted to tell Kakeru-san a happy birthday today, but when I went to the place he put up his stand yesterday, he was gone…
Shion: Happy birthday, Kushiro-san. Looks like you're not scheming anything and are genuinely having fun today.
Jigen: It'd be nice if Kushiro behaved now that he's a year older, but… that might be asking for too much.
MADGUY
Kyosuke: Tch, I ain't gonna wish that guy a happy birthday!
Narushi: Today is Kushiro's birthday? … There is nothing I would go out of my way to tell a gambler.
Matsunosuke: It's Kushiro's birthday, huh? He must be having a grand celebration with Fralio at an izakaya or somewhere else as we're speaking.
SLAM DAYS
Rui: Should I ask him if there are any interesting casino games out there? … Nah, it'd be a pain if I got involved in that stuff.
Lance: Kushiro doesn't look the scheming type when you watch him spend his birthday in such a relaxed manner.
Q: Sounds like they're gonna do fun stuff for Kushiro Kakeru's birthday, so shall I go to the Old Town and play~?
Shizuru: It's Kushiro's birthday, huh? Sounds like he's gonna celebrate in a flashy way knowing him, so that's nice.
WISDOM THINKS
Soun: Koki is preparing something for Kushiro's birthday. It's rare for him to appreciate other people.
Hayate: It's Kakeru's birthday, huh~ he's probably at the yakitori stand right now. Makes me wanna eat yakitori too!
Koki: … Shall I roast an entire boar?
Jo: Should I wish Kushiro a happy birthday? I'm his senior Rider, after all.
TOWER EMBLEM
Taiten: I pray that Kushiro-kun will be able to safely live as a Rider for another year.
Uryu: Please refrain from merrily causing trouble to the President just because it's your birthday.
GAMBITWIN
Kakeru: Oh, thanks for the birthday wishes, guys! Fralio and I are gonna have a grand party tomorrow to celebrate our birthdays!
Fralio: Today's Kakeru's birthday! We're gonna have an absolute blast together~!
Kakeru: Anyway… can ya give me food I can pay for with this money?
TL Notes
I took liberties with the 1koma’s title to make it punchier. The original title’s literal translation is more along the lines of “very little money”. I didn’t like the sound of it, so I was considering “just a couple of pennies” instead, but this wouldn’t really fit with RK’s general Japanese setting. In the end, I opted for the slang “peanuts” instead. Like, the kind of peanuts you’d hear in the expression “working for peanuts”.
