Another setback in my quest for HRT :/ decided to bite the bullet and go private + do online therapy to get an indication, and I still only get negative responses. Not to mention that I don't have an endocrinologist either. Can't do DIY either (believe me, I tried), and none of the other trans guy I know irl are on HRT either. Reddit hasn't been helpful, nor have any of the other sites like queermed they recommended. Informed consent is only possible in theory, basically no doctor does it, especially not in my region.
I've been trying for over 4 years now to get my hands on T (and have been researching how to for almost 7 years), and haven’t come even a tiny bit closer to it. It sucks, I feel like the only option I have left is to wait until I can move somewhere with better access, hope I'll get lucky to not be put on a age long waitlist (or wait that out as well), and pray that transphobic legislature here doesn't go even more south (unlikely, given how it's going politically). Or emigrating to somewhere else.
I'm 🤏 this close to just doxing myself in hopes of finding someone who can help me find some doctor/therapist who'll let me get HRT, I'm not even asking for top or bottom surgery (which will be a whole other beast, I'll probably have to make a gofundme to pay out of pocket for that and do it in a different country or something).
