My schedule is crazy again. This is my last week at work before I take my three weeks for vacation. (Joohoo - 2 weeks in Greece!) The summer season plus a huge festival has me a little behind so I’ve been working double shifts almost every day and I’m constantly logging in to my home office.
With this schedule I’ve barely had time to eat two bites of anything. I’ve been living off coffee and protein where I can manage it. I’m not happy about this because some days I’m so hungry when I finally get home and I’ll either skip food, or eat something not so great. This also leaves me with very little time or energy for any kind of workout. I have at least been trying to get in a run here and there so I’m not physically out of shape. (Infact I’m probably in better shape due to work.)
I don’t want to weigh myself right now either. I’m just basing my results on how my clothes fit. I put on a pair of size 12s yesterday and they are way too big. I put on a size 10 and they were slightly tight but definitely not uncomfortable. I’m not too concerned with how I look right now but I am concerned about my endurance and muscle mass being stressed out. My runs are getting better - my split is around 5 minutes again which is decent considering everything.
