We are in re-testing week of our Olympic Lifts training cycle. My snatch and my clean have come such a long way in 6 weeks.
At week 4, I waa getting incredibly frustrated. I felt like I had made almost no improvement, but that I was no longer in blissful ignorance of how bad ny technique was - I was sucking hard, and now I knew all the reasons why, but I couldn't make my body do what it was supposed to. And then, in week 5 (our de-load week), I slowed it down, and worked a lot with an empty bar, and it worked wonders. I'm still far from "mastering" these lifts, but I can start to feel things falling into place
