This isn't something I really ever talk about, but today I got my CT results back. My this CT in as many years. • You guys I have seen so many doctors. So many doctors that have told me it's nothing. Or it's 'just' IBS. But I've always known in my gut (excuse the pun 😉) that it's something more. And while I still don't have an official diagnosis, today, after years of getting blood drawn, an ultrasound, three CTs, two colonoscopies and too many doctor visits to count, I FINALLY have a doctor willing to advocate for me. Willing to get me to see the specialist I should have been seeing for a long time. I feel vindicated. I Give Up

So I’ve been dealing with horrible pelvic, abdominal, back, and vaginal pain for over a month now. I’ve been seeing doctor after doctor, getting different tests done, seeing different specialists and none of them know what’s going on with me. I’ve avoided going directly to the ER because of the INSANE copay I have just to walk in the door of the hospital (not to mention all the extra expenses of the tests they will undoubtly do while I’m there). But I can no longer take the pain, I can no longer live this way. I’m stuck laying in bed day after day in horrible pain. Unable to do anything I enjoy, let alone even simple things like taking care of my house and cooking. I’m terrified of the cost of the hospital because I literally have no money and no current income since I haven’t been able to work because of this horrible pain but I need answers, I need help. So I’m going to the hospital today. I really hope they are able to figure out what’s going on and provide me with some kind of relief today.

So please send good vibes and wishes my way. I hope today is the day I finally start getting my life back.

I did it!!! I finally got my blood drawn. They had to do my hand though cause they didn't want to miss. I told them they had 1 shot at it. And I had to take my triazolam too. Super happy I was just able to do it. #proudofme #gettinganswers
