The past few months have been somewhat of a dumpster fire 🔥 It has been stressful and emotional as hell, especially for us empaths. And with stress/being stuck at home comes a lot more indulging and less movement. I started this boxing program at the beginning of the lockdown, and it was honestly SO out of my comfort zone. But it has helped me soooo much mentally and physically through this crazy time. 🙌🥊🥊 If you aren’t feeling your best right now, please know that it is 1000000% OKAY. I’m not coming on here to say I am a better person on the right than I am on the left. I just know that I thrive on my routine, and if you’re looking for something that can help your physical/mental health right now, I GOT YOU! Social media might be a bunch of smoke and mirrors, but results like this sure aren’t!
