Een smakelijk gerecht van gevulde aubergines bereid in de Airfryer. De combinatie van gehakt, groenten en kaas zorgt voor een heerlijke maaltijd.
Ingredients: 2 aubergines. 200g gehakt. 1 ui, fijngehakt. 2 teentjes knoflook, fijngehakt. 1 rode paprika, in blokjes gesneden. 1 tomaat, in blokjes gesneden. 50g geraspte kaas. 1 tl olijfolie. 1 tl paprikapoeder. Zout en peper naar smaak.
Instructions: Cut the aubergines in half along their length, then hold them out from the middle with a knife. Leave a border of about 1 cm over. Put the olives in a pan and cook the onion and garlic until they are golden. Put the gehakt on the front and back of the rul and go. Put the paprika paste, salt, and pepper on top, and roast well. Put the red pepper flakes and tomato on top and cook for a few more minutes, until they are crisp. Enjoy the grilled aubergines with the mushroom risotto and smoked kaas on top. Put the stuffed aubergines in the air fryer and cook them for 15 to 20 minutes at 180C, or until the aubergines are crispy and the cheese has melted and turned brown. Serve the roasted aubergines hot and enjoy this delicious dish!
