One of our favey spots on our travels, the stunning Gili Trawangan! The island is a few hours boat ride and a world away from society, with just horseback and bicycles lining the streets.. a world away from the scooter spilling streets in the more built up areas of Bali! We definitely wish we could have stayed longer to further explore the surrounding Gili Islands, but were lucky enough to swim and snorkel with beautiful giant turtles and hundreds of tropical fishies during our short stay, literally just off the beach! We would definitely recommend the Kupu Kupu Treehouse which we booked through Airbnb! Absolute paradiiiiise.
