Have trials that grip me

Trials pain sadness

For if I feel I am strong
Then I won't think i need your grace
If I walk with no issues I wouldnt know
When my tears are wiped off my face
If I walked like I okay
Not humble not broken
Then I wouldn't need a savior
To pray in words not spoken
I know the road I walked
I know not how I did tread
I will not re live it
That's a life of dread
You've forgiven me
Welcome me home one more time
Now I know that I walk closer
When life isnt fine

Trials and tears on my face
Give me pain till I can't stand it
And I grab for your grace
For when my world is shaking

And when I am on my knees

Some are okay to walk painless
Unsure how they see you like I do
But trials pain is how
