So, i've never been much of an ice cream person... until dairy decided to become my GI tract's mortal enemy. I've been going through dairy free versions and i finally found the perfect brand
NadaMoo. This shit is phenomenal. It's coconut milk based, so you don't get that weird nutty after taste or kind of gritty texture. It feels and tastes like legit dairy ice cream!

i just made the best chicken ever holy crap
MARINADE (best with two chicken breasts)
3 cloves/3 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp ginger paste
1/4 cup of soy sauce
3 tbsp ketchup
(secret optional fifth ingredient: a splash of water in case it gets too thick)
The whole thing should be a thick liquid. like, thin smoothie consistency.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. MIX ALL THE CRAP TOGETHER IN A GLASS/METAL BOWL.
2. THROW THE CHICKEN INTO THE BOWL AND MIX UNTIL ALL THE MEAT IS COATED. I MADE CUTLETS BUT YOU COULD SERIOUSLY THROW WINGS OR LEGS IN THERE AND IT WOULD COME OUT DELICIOUS.
3. PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE WITH SOME SARAN WRAP TO KEEP IT TOIGHT AND GO TO WORK TO LET THE CHICKEN SOAK. (1 HOUR MINIMUM, 3+ HOURS RECOMMENDED)
4. FRY THAT SHIT UP IN SOME OLIVE OIL ‘CAUSE WE CLASSY (use whatever you have on hand) ON MID-HIGH HEAT UNTIL COOKED THROUGH. THE CHICKEN SHOULD LOOK BROWNED ON THE OUTSIDE, WITH A NICE GLAZING FROM THE SAUCE.
5. CONSUME
6. Praise Gaia that she has given you this wondrous bounty, and go to sleep having eaten way too much chicken because you couldn’t stop yourself because IT WAS SO GOOD.
