Dairy and gluten free babes!

So, i've never been much of an ice cream person... until dairy decided to become my GI tract's mortal enemy. I've been going through dairy free versions and i finally found the perfect brand

NadaMoo. This shit is phenomenal. It's coconut milk based, so you don't get that weird nutty after taste or kind of gritty texture. It feels and tastes like legit dairy ice cream!

(And it's cheaper than b+j's dairy free)

Cookies & Creme from NadaMoo!

Super surprised at how much I enjoyed this, especially after being warned it wasn’t great. I didn’t taste the coconut really at all, which is a positive for me. The base has a great chew to it. It’s also very sweet. The cookies are mildly disappointing, since it’s more of a soft brownie piece versus either full sandwich cookie chunks or even just the sandwich cookie wafer—no crunch at all. Overall, though, this was a satisfying scoop.
