You and Leon sat in the prepared director’s chairs beside each other as you were both handed the iconic white, sticker-covered boards for your interview—the Wired Autocomplete Interview, to be more precise.
“Should we take turns?” you asked Leon as the camera started rolling.
“Yep, sure. You go first.” Leon gestured toward your board.
You shook your head. “Dang, I didn’t want to go first.”
You both snickered, but nevertheless, you peeled off your first question.

Did [Reader] originally audition for another character?
“Claire.” You leaned back, crossing your legs and resting an elbow on the chair’s arm. “I auditioned for Claire first. They probably thought I’d do better as Ada.”
“They thought you’d be better at being mysterious and dangerous.” Leon leaned toward you with a smirk.
“Oh yeah, they totally genius-ed me into becoming Ada.” You laughed, rolling your eyes.
“‘Genius-ed,’” Leon snorted. “I’m stealing that one.”

Does Leon Kennedy actually know how to fight in real life?
Once Leon revealed the question, he leaned back, a lopsided grin on his face. “Depends on the definition of a fight.”
You leaned toward him, nudging him with your elbow. “Movie fight—choreographed flips and combat? Or real-life street brawl?”
“I’ll…stick to choreography.” He scratched his head, a little sheepish. “Real street fighting? That’s…above my pay grade.”
“So…basically handsome, heroic, but not about that danger in real life?”
“Exactly,” he said, grinning. “All the hero points, none of the risk.”

Does [Reader] stay in character between takes?
“Nah.” You answered immediately. “Can’t, for the life of me, stay as Ada after they say cut.”
“Most of the time, they burst out laughing after the cameras stop rolling.” Leon glanced at you, then at the camera.
“What can I say? I’m just too unserious.” You shrugged, tossing the sticker away.
“Mostly at my expense, by the way,” he added with a smile.

Does Leon Kennedy do his own stunts?
“Some,” Leon said. “Mostly the ones where I don’t break anything expensive.”
“Ah, let it be known today!” you declared dramatically. “Leon Kennedy does not do all the flashy fighting himself.”
“Hey, I have standards.” He straightened his back. “A broken prop isn’t cinematic—it’s just painful.”
“Sure,” you teased. “Your dignity doesn’t count, though?”
His lips twitched. “That’s…classified.”
⋆. 𐙚 ˚ Ი︵𐑼 ๋ ࣭ ⭑ 𖹭 *✩ ‧ ₊⭑
Is [Reader] more like Ada or Claire in real life?
“Oh, I don’t know.” You tilted your head thoughtfully before turning to Leon. “Help me, I don’t know myself.”
Leon chuckled, then shrugged. “Probably both—dangerous and compassionate.”
“Aww, that’s sweet.” You covered half your face with the board, hiding your lightly flushed cheeks.
“I said dangerous too, though?”
“Still!” You playfully slapped his arm.

Why does Leon Kennedy look exactly like the game version?
“I don’t.” Leon shook his head immediately. “Just the hair.”
“You look every bit like Leon S.” You strongly disagreed, and it showed on your face. “You’re just destined to be this iconic."
He chuckled, shaking his head. “Yeah, yeah, sure…flattery will get you everywhere.”
⋆. 𐙚 ˚ Ი︵𐑼 ๋ ࣭ ⭑ 𖹭 *✩ ‧ ₊⭑
Why does [Reader] look like they know something others don’t?
“Maybe I really do.” You slowly glanced at the camera before looking at Leon. “Maybe I don’t.”
You gave a sly shrug, then made a show of tossing the sticker away.
“You do know something,” Leon said with a chuckle, leaning back. “You always know where the set snacks are hidden.”
“Leon!” You gasped in mock indignation, smacking him with the board. “That was supposed to be a secret!”

What was Leon Kennedy’s first reaction to getting the role?
Leon smiled softly, his eyes drifting from the board to you. “Honestly, I thought it was a mistake.”
“You called me as soon as you received the email,” you added, smiling at him.
“Yeah.” He nodded sheepishly—though, to be fair, you did the same an hour later when you got your own congratulatory email.
“He was adorable,” you told the camera. “All panicky and excited.”

What does [Reader] value most when working with others?
You didn’t answer immediately, taking a moment to think. When you finally spoke, a small smile crept onto your face.
“Trust.” You glanced at the man beside you for a split second before returning your gaze to the camera. “You can have all the action choreography in the world, but if you can’t rely on the people around you, it’s…well…just noise.”
“Makes sense.” Leon nodded, fingers playing with the corner of his board. “I feel that too.”

What was Leon Kennedy like on set with the rest of the cast?
“Mostly nerdy.” Leon’s eyes crinkled—you found it cute. “I’ve played the games a lot already, so I obsessed over the script and everything.”
“Obsessed?” You snorted. “That’s one word for it.”
“Shh!” Leon tried to cover your mouth. “Let’s not reveal how much I overanalyze scenes, please.”

Is [Reader] single or keeping it private?
“That, my friends…” You shrugged dramatically, putting on a mysterious act, “is classified.”
“Nice,” Leon snickered. “Mysterious, just like Ada.”
“Exactly.” You grinned, wiggling your eyebrows. “Try not to die of curiosity.”
⋆. 𐙚 ˚ Ი︵𐑼 ๋ ࣭ ⭑ 𖹭 *✩ ‧ ₊⭑
Is Leon Kennedy single or is that classified?
Leon blinked before recovering quickly. “Single.”
You grinned devilishly. “Dangerous intel. Should I leak it?”
He looked offended before raising his hands in mock defense. “Absolutely not.”
“A bit too late now, Kennedy.” You snickered.
Leon cursed under his breath. “Betrayed on my sixth question…”
⋆. 𐙚 ˚ Ი︵𐑼 ๋ ࣭ ⭑ 𖹭 *✩ ‧ ₊⭑
Does [Reader] think before they speak or just commit?
“Commit.” You smirked. “All in, always.”
Leon laughed, shaking his head. “Never can guess what you’ll say next.”
“‘Fuck it, we ball’ is my motto.” You puffed out your chest.
You both burst out laughing.

Is Leon Kennedy a himbo or just misunderstood?
Leon clicked his tongue, looking like he was trying to decipher the words. “So…what’s a himbo?”
You nearly choked on your laugh. “Oh, sweet summer child.”
“Hey! I’m serious here.” He waved his hand frantically.
“Handsome and physically fit, but sweet, naïve, and kinda clueless.” You tried to recover, but only managed halfway before catching his bewildered expression.
“Hey, I’m plenty knowledgeable!” Leon defended.
You shook your head, amusement still clear on your face. “Debatable.”
“Oh, come on…”
⋆. 𐙚 ˚ Ი︵𐑼 ๋ ࣭ ⭑ 𖹭 *✩ ‧ ₊⭑
Why do people think [Reader] is intimidating?
“I have a pretty mean resting bitch face,” you said a little too quickly.
“Yeah, I thought you were there to kill me when we first met,” Leon confessed.
“I’m deeply offended.” You placed a hand on your chest, pouting. “I prefer arson, Kennedy.”
⋆. 𐙚 ˚ Ი︵𐑼 ๋ ࣭ ⭑ 𖹭 *✩ ‧ ₊⭑
Why is Leon Kennedy’s hair so perfect all the time?
“Witchcraft,” you immediately said. “It’s all pure magic within those strands.”
“And a lot of hairspray,” Leon admitted with a grin.
“Cans and cans of it,” you muttered, remembering the ridiculous stack on his makeup station.

Leon set his board down first, stretching slightly. “That’s all of them, right?”
“Looks like it.” You glanced at your nearly empty board, then back at the camera with a soft smile.
“Well,” you said, leaning forward a bit, “thanks for sticking around and watching us ramble.”
Leon nodded. “Yeah. Whether you came for the questions or just the chaos…we appreciate it.”
You smiled, a little quieter now. “Really. It means a lot that you’re here. That you keep showing up—watching, reading, supporting…”
A brief pause.
“Even if some of you are only here for his hair,” you added lightly.
“Hey—” Leon huffed, mock offended.
You grinned.
“Anyway, thanks for watching,” Leon said.
“Take care of yourselves,” you added with a small wave.
I HAD A DREAM ABOUT VAMPIRE COURTING EVERYONE SHUT UP. Weirdly enough it was about Goldsmith courting Avid and that traditionally a feeding partner (when vamps are consensual feeding from other vamps) is supposed to inspect the fangs of the biting vamp, test their patience and want.
Scott was trying to be petty towards Owen for being so hostile towards keeping Avid around, so he pulled Avid closer, and he let his expression soften. Avid had a heart attack because what is that face Scott doesn't make that face- and he quietly opened his mouth and bared his teeth to the fledgling. A vampires fangs are such a staple of their lives, my dream decided it was an important part of their romancing.
Scott wasn't snarling, wasn't defensive or threatening. He was almost asking Avid if his fangs were allowed to taste him. If they were worthy. Could you imagine Scott Goldsmith asking a fledgling if he was worthy of them? Scott was doing it to piss off Owen and hurt Pyro a bit (he'd never do this for someone like Pyro, no matter how good of a dog he was for his sire), but when Avid spoke everything started to feel.... real.
"Woah... sharp and beautiful as you are, hehehe." He took Scott completely by surprise as he hooked one of his fangs with a claw. "So pretty."
Scott had to bite Avid's finger to get him to let go, to distract him until the elder vampire could regain his bearings. "I... I'll take that as a yes."
"To what-" Avid shivered as Scott tilted his chin up, trailing a hand down his shoulder.
