Here is Moss, my most recent Stardew Farmer OC.

So, I've been playing Stardew Valley with my partner for the first time in a long time. We decided to get a couple multiplayer friendly mods to help out and that caused me to find a whole bunch of texture mods (by BogWyytch on Nexus definitely check them out! Amazing mods and they are making more and adding updates!) that turn my world into a wonderfully mossy/witchy world.

That caused me to create a world for myself (bc my partner has the world file so I can't just hop on when I want to.) and made This guy!

His name is Moss. His favorite thing is Moss. His farm is Fungus Farms and his black cat is named Lichen (I got a mod that lets me buy a possum as a pet, but it's very expensive so I don't have a possum pet yet.)

I will say, the character I made in-game doesn't look too much like this version of Moss, but it's as close as I could get. Because he looks more human in game than how I drew him, I hc that he is part human part goblin.

As he hit puberty, his body started going through some wild changes. His eyes, which were already abnormally large, got larger, his skin developed a green undertone (once you go green, you never go back) and his ears got longer. His appetite grew ravenous and he developed a hankering for critters. He never wanted to be the one to kill them though, so he only ever tried to find freshly deceased ones to feast on. And he always made sure to cook them. Just in case. He wasn't a full gobbo after all. He didn't know how disease resistant he was and he doesn't want to find out. (Maybe that's why he got a cat instead of a dog! Cats will bring already deceased critters to him!)

His body changing didn't really bother him too much. It was almost a welcome change. He never really felt at home in the body he was born with and grew up in so he was more than happy when he started losing features he wasn't too fond of. In particular, he was very excited when he started losing a lot of weight from his chest!

He loves fishing, mushroom farming and collecting moss in the summer. He LOVES moss rain days and will spend the whole day collecting moss and the moss tree seeds. His farm is the forest farm and he plans to farm mostly mushrooms and fish.

He hates mining and combat so he doesn't do those as often as he should. He also doesn't sleep as often as he should, constantly getting to 12am, 1am or later before going to bed. He's definitely passed out a few times. But that's okay.

And, uh, yeah. That's Moss for right now! Thanks for reading this whole thing if you did. You're pree cool for doing that :)
