You don't have to find yourself. You're already there. You just have to create the highest and best version of you in mind, body, and spirit. How? Well, I discovered that by making my body strong through exercise and good clean nutrition it made my mind stronger. Our brain requires good nutrition and the right fuel to function properly. When our mind is strong we are able to tap into our soul through meditation and unleash it. That's when the process of creation and transformation begins. The process is never-ending because just like the universe we are ever-changing. You are not the same person you were 5 minutes ago. You think you are but you have already changed internally on a cellular level. That is truth whether you accept it or not.
