These Lemurian Seeds are singing in the rain! They enjoyed soaking up some much appreciated drops of liquid gold. The center piece is a Golden Lemurian and the two others are Tangerine Lemurians if which we have only ever found one lot, all from Sierra do Cabral in Brazil. The energy from these three was an interesting mix of grounding and very high energy vibrations. With the rain mixed in I felt renewed after playing with them. Comment Mine to claim. More research links resistance training with improved insulin sensitivity among people with diabetes and prediabetes. One study published in the journal Diabetes Care found that twice-weekly training sessions helped control insulin swings (and body weight) among older men with type-2 diabetes. “Muscle is very metabolically active, and it uses glucose, or blood sugar, for energy,” says Mark Peterson, an assistant professor of physical medicine at the University of Michigan. People ask me how I managed Type 2 Diabetes and every time I tell them I lift weights intensely at least three times a week. I've been off prescription drugs for six years now. Yes, I still do cardio but not the boring steady state kind. Along with lifting weights I incorporate high intensity interval training during my training sessions. Bottom line is it works. One day I'd have lots of energy and the next few days I could barely muster the strength to get out of bed and eat. I spent the first three months after my hospitalization with my parents and then at my sister's. This was the time I went on a full-fledged vegan and gluten-free diet to heal myself internally. So many foods were causing me so much distress and I was at my wits' end finding something that wouldn't cause me discomfort. Thankfully, my sister came up several recipes of healthy cookies and muffins made from coconut sugar, coconut oil, coconut syrup, Chia seeds, hemp seeds, flaxseeds, cacao, quinoa flour, and other plant-based ingredients. It had to be nutrient-dense and filling covering protein, complex carbs, and good fats. I was determined to never go on any medication for my condition and heal it holistically. In my second book I AM Enough- Into The Shadows I chronicle the years from 2013-2016 about overcoming the nearly debilitating and near-fatal effects of living an unhealthy life. It shows that healing has to be a Holistic approach in mind, body, and spirit. You cannot solve health challenges by fixing just one component.
